Training for a competition is often one of the best ways to get in great shape, because it's so easy to keep that goal in sight. But whether you're a former couch potato who wants to complete a 5k walk, or an elite athlete preparing for an event, the one thing everyone has in common is they always do better with a good trainer.

A good trainer can correct what you're doing wrong, enhance what you're doing right and keep you focussed; and all those little things add up to make a big, big difference. We're specialists in training you for a number of events, including:

  • Marathons, Half Marathons, 10k and 5k runs - Our general fitness training and experience will get your best result possible
  • Physique shows - With our experience in bodybuilding (not only acquiring the muscle and getting lean, but also what to expect at a show), we can hone your physique and mind to be fully prepared
  • Powerlifting & Strength Contests - As a highly experienced, capable and competetive powerlifter, Chris knows the most effective methods to pack on as much strength as you can, to get you lifting as heavy and as safely as possible. Emily is also an accomplished powerlifter - many years ago, she originally taught Chris the art!
